To get the impressions of buyers and agents that might help me better market your home. INTERPRETING FEEDBACK When an agent says the buyer thought the house was too small - the agent means the buyer found larger homes for the same price. When an agent says they liked the house but bought another one - the agent means they found other houses that were better value. When an agent says they liked the house but bought a new one - the agent means the buyers get new home incentives that compete with your home. When an agent says they didn't like the carpet - the agent means seller should clean/replace carpet because of age or color. When an agent says they thought the yard was too small - the agent means they found homes with larger yards. When an agent says the street was too busy - the agent means they found homes with quieter streets. When an agent says they didn't like the floor plan - the agent means the layout isn't working, the house could be staged, or this house may just NOT work for them. What is the Seller's Goal? To be the nicest house in the price range!
